Every customer message, routed before it goes cold.
Hermes Desk is an AI coordination desk for real estate sales teams in Vietnam. It reads incoming customer messages, sorts leads, complaints and billing requests, and drafts replies for a person to approve.
In development. Piloting on our own coordination work.
The problem
In Vietnamese real estate, buyers, sales agents and billing all run through chat. One coordinator sits in the middle: answering new buyers, chasing agents, sending deposit bills and calming complaints, all in the same thread of messages.
When that inbox gets busy, a hot lead waits an hour, an angry buyer waits a day, and a bill gets forgotten. These numbers come from our founder's own working day.
How it works
-
Read
Hermes Desk reads each incoming message in Vietnamese, along with the conversation history for that customer.
-
Route
It sorts the message as a new lead, a complaint or a billing request, marks how urgent it is, and assigns it to the right person.
-
Draft for approval
It writes a reply in the coordinator's tone. Nothing is sent until a person approves it.
Built with Claude
- Claude reads and classifies messages, and drafts replies in natural Vietnamese.
- A person approves every reply. The AI never speaks to a customer on its own.
- We start with our own daily coordination work, then open the desk to other sales teams.
